Bird of the Week Challenge: Babies

Well everyone, this is my last Bird of the Week Challenge for 12 months! Thought it was appropriate that we have a series of photos looking at baby birds.

Keep an eye out and I will post details introducing you all to Monica and letting you know how to get in touch with her if/when you need to.

Cheers

Holly

Fairy Martin mother feeding one of her precious babies. It's a lot of work for the parents but they are more than up for it. This mother successfully raised three chicks.

I took this a few years ago. Great opportunity at the time and I should have saved the RAW file. I would process it differently now and kick myself for missing including the foot.

Those superb Fairy Wren pictures are wonderful, they must be so small.
