Bird of the Week Challenge: 16th February - a dynamic duo

Well done on the angry birds everyone, they had me in stitches!

This week lets see photos of pairs of birds. They can be male and female, adult and young, even 2 different species. Lets just see shots of duos...

Never seen them Peter. Where did you photograph them?

Here's my favourite Duo. The Kookaburra & Willie Wagtail.

I'm convinced that Willie wagtails aren't afraid of any other bird.

A pair of Dollarbirds...plenty at my place at the moment but they're not keen on having their photograph taken.

An unusual photograph from last year. A flock of Blue-faced Honeyeaters decided to land right next to a Black-Shouldered Kite that was busy devouring something. As you can see the Kite was not impressed at all. The Honeyeaters only stayed for a few minutes and then left the Kite in peace.

Mum and dad exhausted from watching their baby in training run in energetic circles all day! I don't know about any of you but this is the only time I've ever seen a wagtail calm down and roost outside of the nest.
