The Daily Telegraph isn't known for its accuracy, that's for sure. But, yes, it's great to here of efforts to exterminate the Common Myna.

Logan City Council - south of Brisbane are quite proactive it seems.

As well as reducing Common Mynah numbers this information may well help establish a culture of protecting our native birds. Hopefully, we'll see more people contacting their MPs about practices which destroy natural habitats, also a huge threat to our native birds & other wildlife.
