Large Bird over the Beach

No picture, unfortunately. I saw a very large bird gliding over the cliffs and across the sea, this morning. It was as big as a wedge tailed eagle, or perhaps even bigger. It had mottled brown/grey underwings and belly. The wings were bent, rather than stretche straight. I thought it might be a wandering albatross but does anyone have other suggestions I could look up to compare?

Thank you. Since that post, I have seen two more of them, and after some research, realised I had probably seen juvenile sea eagles in all three cases. I had discounted sea eagles because of the colouring but the young ones, which there seem to be plenty of at this time of year, have the darker colours.
