Black Winged Cuckoo-shrike?

Hi all. 

First time posting, just starting to get into bird watching. I was out at Kenilworth the other week and took a photo of this bird. I have done lots of searching and I keep coming back to this being a Black Winged Cuckoo-shrike. All of the markings seems to match! However, these birds are not in Australia apparently. And I just don't think it looks like a Black Faced Cuckoo-shrike... 

So does anyone else have an idea as to what bird this could be?
