Eagleby Road lake

Have been spending a bit of time at Eagleby Road, Eagleby where there is a large, shallow lake and lots of birdlife. Here's a few: Darter, Little Pied Cormorant, White Ibis, White-faced Heron, Little Grebe, Cattle Egret, Black-winged stilt, Golden-headed Cisticola.

Love that Cattle Egret photo but the last one of the Golden Head is the piece de resistance 

Dont take life too seriously, it never ends well

Great shots! I took a drive out that way but didn't see a way into a lake.
