Definitely not a Red Goshawk, it's either a Brown Goshawk or Collared Sparrowhawk, I'm not sure which one. Have you got any more photos from different angles.
Male Brown Goshawk would be my guess.
Need a picher of it flying, the tail shapes are different in the two goshawks
