Hello. I found these feathers in my yard, and they look interesting. I'm from Saskatchewan, Canada. They are white with speckled dark stripes and has a rusty orange line near the ends. I think these might be from the body based on the fluffy parts near the base. Hope to know soon.

You might appreciate that identifying birds from their feathers is rather fraught. So much more the case with your feathers since this is an Australian bird forum. Could I suggest you might get a more expert answer from a Canadian or US bird forum. Perhaps the Audubon Society might be able to help or, at least, point you in the right direction of someone who can.
