This bird has not moved for 3 hours. Help!

Can anyone help me identity this bird? It has not moved from the same position in 3 hours. Sorry for the poor quality, scared to get close.

Striking a window is a common accident but some recover after a rest. If it appears uninjured and is young then parents may have stashed it somewhere safe and come back to feed it. No worries if that is the case. Otherwise, you could contact a wildlife carer but not sure of your locality or bird species. A Common Starling would not be rescued as it is an introduced species.

Here's a link to rescue organisations, maybe one near you. Echo the comments above, if it's a Starling, unlikely any organisation will help. Thanks for caring, and good luck.
