I visited the whistling kites that live nearby and saw one of them. I tried to get some good flying photos. They are not sharp, but at least the whole bird is in the photo this time!

good series birdgirl, got the head this time :)
It was late afternoon and you can see the difference in the lighting between the 1st 2 and last 4, even on the branches and leaves. I love that golden light. I nearly left because it was overcast and the sun was low in the sky, but I stayed and it cleared - lucky for me.
aa I was hoping you would notice the heads!
