Tree creeper ?

The closest I can come to an ID of this bird. (Maybe a little fat )
It was raining nearly all day at Girraween NP this day.
And with the 300 mm lens on there is little light available.

This bird is very colourful around the eye.

Thanks Al,
As you most likely know, and Denis so correctly stated.
These Birds are constantly on the go.
You can see her legs in mid air forever spiralling upwards and onwards.

Yes I was about 30 feet away and It was drizzling.

A small piece of information. The WTTC when bathing backs into the water. Logical . the length of the feet & short legs &

p0sition on the body. Standing on the ground the angle of the birds body is at approx 45 degrees

The Redbrowed Tree Creeper is also a visitor in Spring

Well, it's only my sometimes home.

I visit my parents farm for a week every school hols to give my kids a huge injection of nature.

Terrific photos Booskhie. I should have mentioned the behaviour of the birds when in natural surroundings; Artificial assistance changes behaviour. In nature the WWTC would not normally find water high in the air with an area to perch upon.
