G'day Steve,
I reckon it might be a juvenile olive-backed oriole.

Hi Steve think you might be right with harrier if you would like to email me the original image I'd like to try and clean it up
Cheers
Nick
Hi stevehapp,
your first bird is a juvenile OB-Oriole and the raptor is most likely a Swamp Harrier because of its upheld wings and the habitat. I have been to Ash Island before and they seem to be quite common there.

Thanks george and max.
I had a good look at pics on the web for the ob oriole and it seems like you guys are right.
top job.

Nick, pic sent, go for it!
