My brother has found a magpie an unfortunately it has been injured badly...That bad that he thought it would not survive. But to his amazement it has come through an is doing very well. he does not think it will fly again but he is worried that if he keeps it with him an looks after it he will need a licence or he might get into some trouble for this....Could someone please give me some information on this so i can pass it on please....Thankyou Rob.
Don't know which state you are in, but if you google WILDLIFE RESCUE you should get some groups that are able to advise. In NSW there is WIRES. www.wires.org.au and they should have a branch in your area. Or something similar in most states I guess. Good luck.
