Yes Neil, it is the new Grand Cherokee Overland Diesel. The one I smashed some time ago. Didn't look like much damage, only in the front. The technology is so new a complicated, the camera in the front ($6900) had to be ordered in the US, it took 8 weeks to get it, and then Jeep Australia didn'ty have the tools to put it in, and noboby new how to reset it. It is a lovely car..... but we would never buy one again. The insurance payed for it, we had to pay $500 excess. But in all the repair was for $ 17000. I can only say, Allianz was brilliant, we had a hire car for 8 weeks. Thanks Allianz!

It's all fixed now,

Yes, the globes in the head lights are $200 each (I broke two), you know there are sensors dimming and doing all kinds of things you wouldn't think off. Not funny.

I'd love a caravan. I think the new models have far too much fancy technology. They think that soon they will know how to fix those, they just hadn't seen one crashed by a girl, they told us the next one will be easier to fixwink

My bike looks increasingly attractive although it's hard work towing our caravan.

simply amazing post. Check out the performance of your ride before getting ready for the big trip. To deal easily with these problems technologists have come up with the handheld devices which not only analyzes the car's actual problem but also forecasts the future problems which may occur in near future. http://www.interequip.com.au/ Isn't this amazing!! Whether you are a professional or an ordinary user of vehicle this gadget is truly for you.

interesting how "Spammers" find your old postswink

BTW, the Jeep is fine, I don't need any device to tell me anything, they are all build in, you can check the tyre pressure while you're driving...haha. I've learned to love my Jeep, as you can see.

Mm, it was during the hight of the breeding season, just like any young male, he thought, "OMG, don't I look great! I can't resist myselfblush, how can any girl around here. There was a Fairywren doing the same on the mirror. The front of that car was very shiny before I crashed itwink

In summer when the sparrows are around they decend on the parked cars out the front of the studio (& main street in general) & clean the bugs off the car grills etc. some even service the radiators it's all good for both parties an easy feed & better air flow.smileysmiley ad

Such an interesting contrast between the shiny car and the soft feathery bird.

All I get is muddy ibis footprints all over my car from parking near where the ibis forage. On the bright side they don't poop on my car though.
