Afternoon in Gembrook

Thank you M-L for a wonderfull afternoon in Gembrook. It was really amazing to see such a big variety of birds in one place. But I need another visit, as I was only able to get decent photos of Bassian Thrush and Yellow Robin. Other birds were too far or it was too dark. Anyway, it was really fun to see them :)

Who needs birds in a cage when you can have them running (& flying) free?!

Thanks Laurius, we loved having you. The time to visit again will be when the shrubs for the Honeyeaters wil have flowers. You just have to point your camera where you want, and there will be birds. (as you found out, that's how I do it.LOL)

I love your photos, very interesting to look at them, I get the feeling " I have met them before"?  Because birds in my garden are so used to me, I can recognize many. (trust me, they all have different markings and even different attidudes)

A lovely series of shots, Laurius. My favourite is the Bassian. They have such exquisite markings. Thanks for sharing.
