Not sure what is happening here as the feathering round the head is odd. Help please.
It appears to be a GST, but I'm not too sure what happened with the feathers...

The monk look was not one I had seen before although I know the GST quite well. A partial moult seems a likely answer. Thanks Sue

or a male Nun pigeon has been loose in the area
