For the last week I've been at my parent's farm house. For the first time, I experimented with a home-made bird hide and here are some of the current avian residents I captured:
The double-barred finches are back after a long absence. I even found where they are nesting.
Here's a white cheeked honeyeater with some white plumed honeyeaters:
