I took these pictures of a blue-billed duck doing his mating dance at Lake Seppings in Albany. He went on for ages and I was impressed so I hope his girlfriend was too. unfortunately the pictures don't really do him justice. A video camera was needed here. He blew bubbles underwater and spun and twirled and dipped and preened for about half an hour. I just wish I had been a little closer or had a better lens. My usual lament I'm afraid!
