Caught this little guy yesterday by the Derwent after leaving Gould's Lagoon. It was a flukey kind of grab shot before it flitted off - just so happened that my camera settings weren't too far off the mark.

Good morning George, yes, I thought it must be a junior bird as its plumage hasn't reached full brilliance. They certainly don't sit still for long, do they!
