Hi guys i was going to go down south and try out my new lens but the rain spoilt my plans so i went to a nearby lake called (WHAT A NAME FOR A LAKE ) Tomato lake yep and not one tomato in sight.
Shot of 15 frames only and got some good results..
First shot is of an Australasian Grebe then a Nankeen night Heron and a Black swan cygnet..

Congratulations on getting close-ups of these birds. I like the Nankeen night heron. I tried to find one last weekend but couldn't. Your new lens looks good - I saw it on another thread. Better luck with the tomatoes next time!
