A most surprising visitor to Sydney's Northern Beaches - luckily, it did not find our garden a suitable place to exercise its mound-building skills.

Apparently, they used to be quite common around Sydney.

Hey, that's what you have Bunnings for, get Tarpaulins. Cover everything with them!!! We don't have them down here!
