A birds in flight (BIF) sort of day.
Townsville, Town common, 15th July, started with a fly passed of Brolga, flying right along the shadow line from the trees.

Followed a few minutes later by a White-bellied Sea Eagle.

A while later this Black Kite carrying something (a prize if you can tell me what) that the Whistling Kite wanted a piece of.

Fantastic shots! I only wish I could. My long lens (300) is not compatable with my new digital camera, electrically, so I can only shoot in sport mode and cannot use any manual settings. I also cannot take shots with bright backgrounds as it doesnt like those kind of shots either.
I need more money for a proper Canon lens, bring on the lotto wins.....
