Brown bird needs a name ?

I took these pictures of this bird at Brisbane QLD this afternoon. It looks similar to a brown honeyeater but its beak does not look like a honeyeater's one. What is it ?

That looks like a young Grey Butcherbird. I have a little one that comes around our to sing. They're very sweet and cute (and also quite fierce at times) as I have found out...

yes, juvenile grey Butcherbird, looks like he was starting to sing to you, as previously said a lovely singing voice

my attached pic is of a younger bird, more brown, at Dowse Lagoon, Sandgate, Qld in Oct '12
