Bush bird ID required

Went down to the Georges River (Campbelltown) this morning and there were a couple of very noisy birds which I couldnt manage to ID. I saw one flying low over me. It had a distinctive white patch on the underside of each wing was brown/black and looked liked it had a light coloured beak. The flight pattern was a few flaps and then closed wings and Ide say it was a medium bird around the size of magpie lark. Its call was a frog like laugh very quick and single noted. You can hear it calling in the video at the beginning and at the end (in the background) almost like a very fast duck quacking!

Sorry I cant seem to work out the video upload thing but heres the link for it on my Youtube channel
