Say that to my next door neighbors...some thing needs to be done about there cats...they don’t even feed them properly

Have you used a possum/cat trap to capture them & have them humanely euthanized? Clearly, your neighbour is happy for his/her cats to be at risk by not feeding them properly & allowing them to roam.
Yes, I have. But the cats are too smart, and will not go in the traps.

Hmmm. I would have thought that hungry cats would go for cat food in a trap.
Probley full up on birds... and uther assorted animals. I’ll try fish, that should work.
