Can anybody tell me what bird this is?

Hi, recently saw this bird and took a photo, I havent seen one before, does anyone know what it might be?  Thanks

Looks like a magpie with a bit of Mottled white

See it!  Hear it!

I thought that it looked like a Magpie, but hadn't seen one that colour before.  Is it common?  It had red eyes too.
