Collared Sparrowhawk or Brown Goshawk???

I am very much a beginner at bird identification so need some help identifying this bird.

Over winter I have watched from my balcony a nest being built, about 12m up a pine tree across the road from me. To my delight I have managed to get a few photos of the birds. I think there are two juveniles, and one adult. They provide me with hours of interest watching as they sqwark and tail chase off the currawongs that seem to hang around them.

From the two bird id books I have got my hands on, I am thinking it is a Collared Sparrowhawk. The adult doesnt seem to be bigger than 30cm, and the middle toe looks very long!
Any feedback is most welcome.

With the long middle toe and lack of eyebrow, I would say you have a Collard Sparrowhawk

I would be inclined towards Brown Goshawk with the tail (rounded) but these guys can be hard even after years of watching birds
