I love this photo Owen. Most of all I like his eye, so intense and a geat reflection.
I love Rosellas, I have many in my garden. One pair had become so tame, nothing worried them, not even the dogs. Unfortunately that trust cost the life of one of them. The neighbour's cat killed it. (I saw it walk off with the poor bird) Sad to watch the lone one walk around my house now. Sometimes it is better to be scared.

Thanks Owen, it was horrible to watch the cat run off with the Rosella in his mouth, while the bird was still flapping the wings and screaming.

Wonderful pic. Really beautiful bird.
I was wondering, does the RSPCA or something similar rent out cat traps? The cat that comes to my house has killed another bird, and I am so totally sick of it. I don't know who owns it, but a killer like that on the loose all the time causes unbelievable devastation. I thought of a cat trap yesterday, but of course, being the weekend, I can't phone and find out.
