Sorry, am I missing something here? First there is the video, then Darin referes to Jackie 's ID, the one I can't see? The lot is a puzzle to me, help??
I will think about the bird some more later . Looks like a juvenile calling for the parents to me. Can't tell how big or small it is. Need more info, to make some serious investigations.
(shape of the beak looks like some honeyeater, shape of the bird and tail looks like a juvenile wattlebird. Needs more info)
Unfortunately I am currently without my Field Guide, but it is certainly a honeyeater with that beak. A black honeyeater springs to mind at first view of the video, maybe that?

It is about the length of a Spangled Drongo, I videoed it in the hope of making an id!
