Flame or Scarlet?

A discussion going on about this one.  Black not grey and yet black does not come to chest.  Taken in Tasmania.  Would much appreciate advice.

Scarlet. because of the black colouring. based on my Slater field guide

Flame. Note how far up the orange goes (to throat), unlike scarlets. Back colouring appears dark due to lighting (and was the bird wet as well?). Scarlet Robins also have a larger forehead spot

Many thanks to you both.  I think I go for Flame, as I agree, the orange goes to throat and interestingly, the bird was wet.
