Hello,
I have been watching this type of bird out my window, and the only color I can give it is a limegreen color can some tell me what type of bird that is?

Is it a type of parrot or something else?
You need a lot more detail I am affraid. Srat with where you are, habitat, general body shape, colour, tail lenth, shape and colour, beak shape, lenght and colour. As much detail as you can. I am not sure if a key guide to birds is available online but if you can track one down use it and let me know about it so I can pass it on to others.

It's small, light limegreen and it has black and white on it.
I know that it never stay in the same place for long, this saturday it was siting on the roof of my house, and then it flew down to the gutter's and then left. That is as much as I can give cuz I don't know very much. that is as much as I know.
If it is a parrot there are a few possibilities such as the Turquoise Parrot http://www.birdsinbackyards.net/finder/display.cfm?id=276
if not there are only a couple of options maybe Rainbow Bee-eater http://www.birdsinbackyards.net/finder/display.cfm?id=174
I'm thinking a Honey eater of some kind. Try doing an Australia search for honey eaters on Google, or looking in a bird book. If you can go to a library they will surely have a fielsd guide to Australian Birds. Thgat is probably your best way.
