Hello, new to the forums and have a question if anyone can help me please.
The lovely rain today here in Perth has brought the birds out for a welcome shower and just plain happy dancing in delight of some much needed wet. I thoroughly enjoyed watching the variety of birds I have visiting here in my Kwinana back garden and today was treated to something new, a bird I've not seen around here. I checked the data base in the site here and to my delight found I was watching Rainbow Bee-Eaters, 3 of them. Or at least thats certainly what they looked like.
Now my question is, are they common in perth and surrounding suburbs?
