The Grevilleas are blooming and the figs are fruiting!
For the first time in months the Figbirds and Rainbow Lorikeets are visiting the garden. I cannot wait to see what else will visit this Spring.
Just to change the subject, does anyone now how to get rid of Noisy Miners?
Bring in a big fat python.... that upsets them.
I think you have to learn to live with them QLdbird, they are incredibly territorial, but they live well with figbirds and Loris in my garden. They also co exist with butcher birds and the larger species. The smaller birds tend not to come around though, but we don't have much cover for them anyway.

I've always wanted a python................hmmmmm.
They don't seem to get along with the figbirds at my place.
