Was actually trying to take some photos of New Holland Honeyeaters when they suddenly took off and this bird arrived - much larger than the Honeyeaters. I think it's a thrush but not completely sure.

Correct! Grey Shrike Thrush, I can just make out the brown behind the neck on the left side.
