Swamp or Spotted Harrier ? Taken 12/07/15, Salt Creek, SA

White spotted underwings and vent, dark barred tail and flight feathers = Spotted Harrier

White streaking (not spots) on rufous underparts = immature (perhaps 2nd or 3rd year)
