G-DAY i assume it belongs to the parot family the bird has a yellow head down to the start of his wings then goes to a yellow and black speckle down to its tail the tail is a green color on his under side he has a bright orange oval shape ring from the legs to the start of his tail very hard to get a close up photo of this bird as it is very timid some times it will bring a mate
