Interested in an ID for this one. Not very clear photos taken today Sunshine Coast Hinterland. It has distinctive strips on the front and mottled colours on the back.

Based on the barring visible on the underside, I am going with a Cuckoo, but sorry not sure which one. Happy to be corrected as always.

Yes definitely a cuckoo. Looks like a red ring around the eye so I would say Little Bronze Cuckoo
