I would also go with Oriole, but the olive-backed Oriole does have the shape of the beak and the tips of the tail look like it. So I would go with male Olive-backed Oriole, just like you.

Looks like an Olive-backed Oriole to me too.
Thankyou M-L and Windhover for your help, i am thrilled that I have actually seen one but a little disappointed to have not have taken better photos of one. At least I know where they are, so next time.
