Birds from painting

Dear bird's lovers

I'm looking for help in birds identification on famous "Concert of Birds" by Snyders. I'm writing short description of that painting for art classes and I was able to identify following birds (please correct me if I'm wrong):

1 - Black-tailed Godwit or Curlew Sandpiper
2 - Black-tailed gull
3 - jackdaw
4 - hoopoe
5 - swan
6
7 - peacock
8 - owl
9 - heron
10 - toucan
11 - red macaw
12
13 - bat
14 - eagle
15 - hawk
16 - house martin sparrows
17 - goldfinch
18
19
20 - blue tit
21
22 - Red Grouse (?)
23 - kingfisher
24 - corn bunting(?), Mistle Thrush (?)
25
26 - bullfinch
27 - magpie, song trush(?)

Could you help me fill in these gaps?
Thank you very much!
Fry

number 12 could be an Australasian Bittern.
The others are tough and I don't have any ideas about them.

Cheers, Owen.

20 could be a grey fantail?
25 could be an Eastern or Pale Headed Rosella?

and I fancy number 12 as the Australasian bittern ....what a fascinating thing to do...very amusing exercise. Hope you get them all right

Hello!
Thank you for your responses.
Important information is that Frans Snyders was a Flemish painter (1579–1657) so I think most of these birds must come from Europe (except parrots which were brought by sailors).
If any more ideas please share it.
Thanks!

Yay, Birds and art!
Difficult to tell from the painting scheme. I agree with most of Ashywolf's guesses except 25 should be a Yellow Headed Amazon.
There seems to be a bird under the macaw that was not numbered that looked very similar to a male Olive-Backed Sunbird ;)

With 25, even if the colours were wrong, the "paleness" on the head is wrong for YH Amazon and the red on the wings is far too extensive. Additionally, it has a patch of colour above the bill, which is not in YH Amazon.
However I do agree its not an African Grey after google imaging; I was sure it had red on the wings.

The bird under the Macaw looks like a Barn Swallow.

Second stab at number 25: Blue fronted Amazon? I don't know, both have red under the wings that are not as extensive. But the macaw's wings in the painting should have more extensive colouring on it if that's the case. Artists at the time are limited to painting from memory or stuffed specimens. Photography did not exist.
Number 16 are probably barn swallows but I still think the bird under the macaw is an Olive-backed sunbird due to the black throat and breast - however they are Asian birds and most of these birds are of Europe or America.

Number 25 is a Double Yellow-Headed Amazon.

Also number 11 I am pretty certain is a Greenwing Macaw.

I know my pet parrots :-)
