Hi, The neighbour's kid brought us this parrot that he found on the way home from school because they know we have breeding Conures. I have no idea what it is. I know that it's a juvenile but other than that some help would be appreciated.

Could be a blue winged parrot,size would be a good indication a blue wing is just a bit bigger than a budgie.
