Hi guys,
I saw these two small birds that were hunting together at the water's edge on the Swan River.
Could they be the red-necked stints, one of them in breeding plumage?
Cheers,
Chai

Hi Chai
.
That's a Red-capped Plover (Dotterel)

Probably a breeding pair together.
They're a local bird, not an international migrant, unlike the Stint.
Cheers
