whistling kite fledgling

Afternoon, I have posted a picture of what I think may be a whistling kite fledgling at the site below. I think you can access more pics of it from that page. It was on our driveway (Brisbane outer suburb) eating what looked like a bit of dead snake. It was not concerned about us or the car or the birds buzzing it and stayed put until it was finished eating.

Could someone confirm if this is a whistling kite? Thanks
