Is this a juvenile Black Faced Cuckoo Shrike? Was flying around in the vicinity of 3 or 4 adults (does that constitute a flock?) but may be something completely different? Look forward to some feedback. Excuse the number of photos but I thought it may assist identification.

3 or 4 adults probably constitute a party or maybe an extended family depending on their relationships. I'm not sure where the cut off point is between a party & a flock. 6 or 7?
