New Bird in our yard - cant identify it

Hello all.   I've tried looking this one up, no luck in anything I have or images i've viewed.    It has a ruffled pile of feathers in one spot on it's back from hitting something possibly.  Not a bird "feature".

Has very long claws if you look closely.

Hope to mark it down as the 55th bird type on the property :-)

Location is Sunbury, Victoria.

Yes.. I believe you're right.   More likely the Pipit as my reading on the Skylark suggests a very pronounced song that would be very distinctive and i've not heard anything like that.

Thanks for the spot.  55th is now registered :-)
