Spotted around Wellington Point QLD a couple of days ago. The local birds were going nuts over his presence, the crows in particular, and all were giving him a very wide berth

The alarm calls can be very helpful for seeing interesting birds and animals around the place.
I've seen interesting species many a time due to the carry-on of noisy miners and butcherbirds.

Thank you all for your kind comments. This is the first P.O I had seen in the flesh so was quite a thrill to be able to observe him/her for a reasonable period of time. Another photo from an earlier location hidden some dense palm trees, hence the "behind bars" look
