We have a couple of Scaly Breast Lorikkets that hang around with the local Rainbow Lorikeet flock. This one looks to be a hybrid - what do you think ?
It's smaller than the Rainbows (cf with one beside it), and has a bit of the scaly breast pattern, but is mostly Rainbow pattern. It also has a slightly different colour brow and head, being slightly greener colour. It's not a baby Rainbow as they are larger, don't have the chest pattern and still have the darker eyes and beaks at this stage.
