Hi,

Its fascinating the different types of seabirds you see when sailing around the coast, even short distances offshore(1 or 2km), a lot of these birds you dont see at all when on land.

When sailing out at night from Pt Stephans once I had an Albatross land in the cockpit with me & try to go into the cabin, it was quite a task to prevent this massive bird from going inside(where im sure it would have made quite a mess & most likely injured itself) eventually managed to grab it & throw it overboard, it then flew away.

On a different night had a Shearwater land in the cockpit & rest for a good 10 mins as shown in the photo.
