For a while now I have been seeing brown goshawks quite often around where I live, but this day I saw the most amazing thing. 2 large brown goshawks and what seemed like a significantly smaller one, possibly a male or immature, flying around in magnificent tail chases and circles with each other. Could this have been the display flight? Does anyone know what the display flight looks like because I have never seen it before. They didn't make any call's or anything, so it might not have been that.









Could it have been a mating ritual? I know that with Pacific Bazza's which are a Hawk, they do the same thing during the mating process.
Yes, I think it was, but what does it look like? There was a lot of tail chasing and circling but no calling.
