honey eater id??

This is a photo taken through a dirty window. I can not find this bird in any book or through the search engine on this site. We have always called them silver gills. They come in and feed off various flowering shrubs in our garden and have at present a gaggle of kids following along. I am in the Shepparton Victoria area.
