I hear this bird all the time! Usually when it rains! But we have never seen it! We think it is small because it sounds like it is in the drain! Any help would be much appreciated!!

There maybe a nest in your drain pipe, and that’s call if of a chick. I don’t know what it is tho.
if there is no nest and the bird is stuck, I would advise of cearfuly removing it.
